Risk disclosure

Hypothetical performance

Every performance figure published by Nexus Algo — win rates, net profit, drawdown, profit factor, equity curves, monthly tables and the interactive size calculators — is a hypothetical backtested result unless it is explicitly labelled as a live result. It was produced by running a strategy over historical market data, not by placing real orders in a real account.

CFTC Rule 4.41. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.

What our numbers assume

• Results are stated per contract at the size shown next to each figure. Larger size multiplies both the profit and the drawdown.
• Where a figure is described as net of cost, a round-turn commission and one tick of slippage have been deducted. Where it is described as gross, they have not. Each product page states which basis applies.
• Maximum drawdown is measured on closed trades. Live intraday excursions run deeper than a closed-trade log can show, which is why our recommended sizing deliberately leaves part of your loss limit unused.
• Backtests exclude US market holidays and half-day sessions.
• Fills are modelled. Real fills depend on your broker, your data feed, your latency and the liquidity available at that instant — particularly around scheduled news releases.

Prop-firm evaluations

Nexus Algo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any proprietary trading firm. We do not guarantee that any strategy will pass, or help you pass, any firm's evaluation. Win rates we publish are the historical outcome of the trades themselves over the stated backtest window — they are not a pass rate, a success rate, or a prediction. Evaluation rules, profit targets and drawdown limits are set by the firm and change without notice; always check your firm's current rulebook before sizing a position.

The Catalyst news strategy in particular is designed around a small number of trades per month. A single losing release can end an evaluation attempt. Historical win rates over a few dozen releases carry wide statistical uncertainty and should not be read as an expected outcome for your account.

Automation

Automated strategies execute without supervision and can behave unexpectedly during outages, disconnections, platform errors, data-feed faults, exchange halts and unusual volatility. You are responsible for monitoring your account, your platform and your positions at all times. Test in simulation before trading live.

Terms of service

These terms govern your purchase and use of Nexus Algo software, licence keys, Discord access and this website. By buying or using any of it, you agree to them.

What you are buying

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run the purchased strategy software on your own trading accounts. You are not buying the software itself, its source code, or any right to resell, sublicense, publish, decompile or redistribute it.

• Monthly products are subscriptions. The licence stays valid while the subscription is paid, and stops working when it lapses.
• Lifetime products are one-time purchases. The licence does not expire and includes future updates to that product.
• A licence key is bound to your account and intended for your own use. Sharing keys, or running them for third parties, is grounds for revocation without refund.

Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for every order placed in your account, whether entered by you or by automated software you chose to run.
• You must comply with the rules of your broker, your prop firm and your exchange.
• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to trade futures.
• You are responsible for your own platform, VPS, connectivity and configuration.

No advice, no guarantee

Nexus Algo is a software vendor. We are not a broker, an investment adviser, a commodity trading advisor, or a registered financial professional, and nothing we publish is personal financial advice. We make no guarantee of profit and no guarantee of any evaluation outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Algo's total liability arising from your use of our software or this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, platform downtime, data-feed faults, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve or retire a strategy, and we may change prices for future purchases. Existing lifetime licences are honoured. We may suspend access for non-payment, licence abuse, chargeback fraud, or conduct that harms other customers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexus Algo operates. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Refund policy

Our products are digital goods delivered instantly. The moment a purchase completes, a licence key is generated and your Discord access is granted, which cannot be taken back once used.

All sales are final

Because delivery is immediate and irreversible, we do not offer refunds once a licence key has been issued. Please read the product page, the performance basis, and the risk disclosure above before buying.

Where we will make it right

We will refund in full if:

• You were charged twice for the same product.
• You were charged after cancelling, or a subscription renewed following a cancellation that we failed to process.
• We could not deliver a working licence key for the product you bought and could not resolve it with you.

Contact us in Discord with your order email and we will sort it out.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly product at any time from My Console → Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund payments already made. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you may have under the consumer law of your own country.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your email address and a hashed password, so you can sign in and so we can attach your purchases to an account. Passwords are stored as a salted scrypt hash — we cannot read them.
• Your purchases and licence keys, so the dashboard can show them and the software can validate them.
• Your Discord user ID and username, but only if you choose to link Discord, and only so we can grant the roles your purchase unlocks.
• A machine identifier from the trading platform when a licence key is activated, so a key cannot be used on unlimited machines.
• An optional avatar choice, which is just a number identifying one of our built-in graphics.

What we never see

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers and we never store it. We also never see your broker credentials, your account balances or your trading activity.

Who we share it with

Only the services required to deliver what you bought:

• Stripe — payment processing, subscriptions and billing.
• Discord — role assignment, if you link your account.
• Netlify — website and application hosting.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

Cookies and storage

We use a session token to keep you signed in, plus local browser storage for your cart and preferences. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.

Your rights

Ask us in Discord and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and personal data. Deleting your account revokes any active licence keys, and we may retain a minimal transaction record where tax or accounting law requires it.
